Chagrin Boulevard at Sussex Courts

Working with Heartland Developers and the City of Shaker Heights, McKnight Associates Ltd. developed a project where the streetscape and townhome housing were designed in unison. The streetscape is enhanced by the creation of pedestrian courts within the development that lead to the street. Lush plantings and brick columns frame fountains visible from the street and sidewalk. Street trees and period light standards extend along the sidewalk from the development into the commercial area to the east.
