Native barnstone walls frame the Village Hall and new pathways provide access to the public facilities as well as a bikeway connection through the site. A new master plan ties the fire station, police station, city hall, senior center and outdoor recreation fields together. A complete reworking of the site’s circulation and consolidation of parking areas allowed for unobstructed views to key buildings and the creation of a landscape appropriate to a rural setting.
